$550 Roommate Needed In January

Looking for a roomate to share my 950sqft apartment. The Apartments are the Mill Pointe Condominiums. You would have your own room. Washer and dryer inside the apartment. The apartment has 1.5 baths so we can either share the main bathroom or you could use the other bathroom and just share the shower.
I am 25 year old male. I went to UNO and graduated with a bachelors degree in Construction Management Degree. I work full time in my field of study and prefer roommate to have a full time job. I am a christian but roommate does not have to be. I like sports and i am a Crossfitter. I prefer roommate to be Clean, Well Groomed, Responsible and Well mannered Male or Female. Does not smoke of any form or drugs. My last roommate was girl and it worked out really well. She clean up after herself and was respectful.
Rent would be 500 utilities, wifi, insurance and cable included. My current roommate is moving out January 7th so anytime after that would work. You will need your own bed room furniture. If seriously interested or any questions please reply
