My name is Kimberly Drobot. I am looking for a One Bedroom Apartment, Private Room and Private Bathroom if possible, or a Cottage. I can afford up to $900. I am accountable, dependable, and trustworthy. I am very clean, quiet, and generally a homebody. I respect and honor another’s property, privacy, space, and belongings. I am looking for a comfortable, no drama household that is relatively quiet and within a predominately safe community where I can live up to a year or two. I have a monthly income I receive from SSI. I buy and sell antiques, collectibles, and vintage jewelry on eBay and Etsy. I am returning from a sabbatical from a business that I own called Requests Unlimited. Requests Unlimited is a company that provides a multitude of services for Residential Homes. The motto for the business is “One Source for all your Household, Property, and Personal Concierge Needs”. The sabbatical was for years so that I could go back to school and earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management concentrating in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. I am still currently enrolled part-time working on my Master’s Degree. I am in the process of revamping and re-establishing Requests Unlimited. I am also currently working on writing a book. I am open to the possibility of rendering my Professional Services to a Landlord in lieu of partial rent if there is need or interest in any of the services Requests Unlimited offers. The services could include detail cleaning and daily upkeep, organizing, yard work, meal prep and cooking, laundry including folding and ironing, holiday assistance with decorating, gift wrapping, and holiday dinner party planning.
