Roommate now is moving out November 1st. Looking for someone to move in then because I really like living here. Random information: Top of duplex is empty. I live on the bottom half. Laundry is in the basement so one flight down and free. Parking is free, we have an alley that leads to the back of the house- along with fire pit and raised garden bed that I built with my brother. Location is really nice, great neighbors, great landlord-i’ve been living in the duplex for 6 years. Walking distance to restaurants, bus stops,community park..etc I’m looking for someone who is tidy, that’s very important. Hopefully more introverted like myself because i like to keep to myself.
