Hey! My husband and I are actually moving out of our place and are hoping to find 2 people who would be okay with rooming together and taking over our lease that ends in February . The townhouse is really awesome and in a really safe and great neighborhood and the only reason we are leaving is because of my husband's job (we're moving out of state). It is a .5 bathroom house built in car garage. Each bedroom is a primary bedroom so they have a full bathroom and walk in closets. It has a really great heater and very tight window seals so it's not drafty. This room is furnished with a queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, end tables, lamps, keypad lock on the bedroom door. The deposit / move in fee is three hundred and fifty dollars.
