Very close to UCLA, West LA, Westwood, Santa Monica, and the beach.It is a great building in a beautiful, peaceful area. Lots of trees all around. The room comes with its own private bathroom (each of the three roommates has their own private bathroom which is ideal, no sharing necessary). It has very large closets and lots of storage space. Your room comes with a private balcony directly next to the bedroom. Our apartment faces the side where the sun sets, so you get some great late afternoon/early evening sunshine and those famous SoCal sunsets. The apartment has a kitchen and a nice, furnished living room which also has a separate balcony with a reclining luxury sun chair. (The TV Includes Subscriptions to: Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, Criterion, Apple TV+ and more which you are welcome to use.)
