The apartment itself is about a thousand square feet and the room I’m looking to fill is about eleven by thirteen. Pretty much all of the furniture in the public space is mine so it should stay furnished, but just about all if not all of the furniture from the bedroom will be leaving, and a decent portion of the Knick knacks and some of the decor will be leaving, but I’m open to changing things up either way. And the rent should be somewhere from 7 hundred to 8 hundred each depending on how we split it up and if we decide to do a 6 month or year lease.I’m ideally looking for somebody in their twenties who is pretty clean and will help keep the public space clean, but outside of that I’m pretty open.
