I’m a life science automation engineer working at Pegasus Park at Inwood and Commonwealth inn Dallas. My job requires that I be onsite M-F so I will rarely work from home. I prefer a short commute. I enjoy a healthy and active life style. I’m neat, tidy and considerate of others- I'm looking for the same. I love pets but do not have a furry friend. I would love to spoil yours, however. I’m looking for an unfurnished en suite bedroom, covered or garage parking, ~ sq ft of storage (not in my room), room for a couple of bikes, and a clean, tidy, drama-free space. It's important to me that owner or leasee live in the space. My move-in date is flexible but prefer March nd. I can provide roommate references upon request. Thanks for considering.
