Great room for out of town individuals who have to travel into Alexandria or DC 5 days a week. Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible professional tenant for a small furnished 1 bedroom in Oxon Hill, MD (1 mile from the MGM).
The furnished bedroom has an extra long twin bed, dedicated workstation (table, chairs), dresser, and a lamp. This room is on the main floor. There are three rooms on the main floor. The other two rooms are occupied by women. So ideally, this available room will go to a woman as well. There is one shared bathroom on the main floor. And the bathroom (particularly the tub and toilet) is cleaned after each use. There is a rotational monthly schedule where each person on the main floor cleans the main floor.
Additionally there are two rooms in the basement. The basement is occupied by one man. The only share item is the laundry machines, which are first come first serve.
The home is completely furnished with a backyard and front yard.
The tenants are largely working professionals. The home is extremely clean and well taken care of. The tenants are expected to clean the common areas every week.
Rent does not include utilities (roughly $/month). Utilities are billed separately.
Public transportation is available but driving is strongly recommended.
First month and one month security deposit is required upon move in
