home in Chicago (Garfield Ridge neighborhood). We are a quiet, nonsmoking household that prioritizes a clean, peaceful space and promotes positive mental health. Included: Fully furnished room (if seeking unfurnished we can work that out), Heat/AC, internet, electric, city trash fees & hot water, on- laundry, stove & fridge. $/mo. There is always plenty of street parking on my block and there are no residential parking permit restrictions. Quiet, safe neighborhood (many police officers and firefighters live on the block). Fully fenced Backyard w/ amenities: Gas grill, hammocks (x2), fire pit, veggie garden. I’ve turned the back room into a gym with a treadmill and some miscellaneous equipment that you’re welcome to use. No cats and no smoking in the house.
