Hello, my fiance and I are currently looking for a single roommate to fill the extra bedroom and bathroom we do not need or use. This is a sq ft spacious bathroom townhouse with a garage and driveway parking. Someone respectful, clean, and who works a steady job, can pass a background check. Somebody trustworthy and good communication. I am and my fiance is . We love to cook, game, watch movies, and when the weather is nice take advantage of being outdoors. Prefer someone with no kids or pets. My fiance has a year old son whom we get every other weekend. And I’m currently pregnant with our first together. This place is really spacious and your bedroom and bathroom are on the opposite side of ours. There hasn’t been noise issues with past roommate giving how big this place is. We are not partiers, just family friendly household. Very respectful and mindful of other people living with us.
