Kitchen, living room, backyard/patio, garage storage are all shared/communal spaces. Garage has washer/dryer unit. We are open to you brining your own furniture. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, very close to shopping/dining, min from major freeways, min from beach/coastal access. Del Cerro Park is a huge and lush green space within a 5 min walk from this property.

Current roomates are 2 working professionals (engineers) and 1 grad student with her ESA dog. We enjoy cooking, being out on the patio, being outdoors/hiking, and being active. We are clean, respectful, and communicative. We hope that you will be similar.
