The room is furnished with a full size bed, desk, inch TV, and mini fridge.You’ll have access to fully equipped kitchen and living areas. We try to keep things minimalistic so if you have a lot of stuff this might not be a good fit.

This is an eco friendly home so we keep an eye on water and energy consumption.

Smoking is okay outside on porch but no smoking inside.

Guest are okay, but the room is for one person and no long term or consecutive overnight guests.
