Seeking near Tarniet or Reservoir

Howdy, I am a year old female looking for a big room asap in the Melbourne region preferably with a cheap bond as I'm needing a place to call home in the near future.

Artist, Photographer & Writer I am currently building up my business & am usually busy quietly doing art at the moment. Friendly, bubbly (most the time), respectful, considerate & always on time with rent. I am looking for a hopefully quick move in and I will say I do want to find a place to call home for a while for sure.

I do smoke outdoors on occasion & do not mind the rare sip or feast in the kitchen but mostly I am entertained in my room listening to music, doing projects or the occasional karate practice (jokes) hit me up!

Hoping the property has storage space or an area for me to set up some art area.
