Both my roommates are moving out in JULY. One of their mothers was the co-signer. I love this apartment and would like to stay in this apartment. If you don’t have anyone to co-sign, ignore this listing until this part is deleted or just let me know you’ve seen this and would like to be considered if the issue is resolved.

Currently we all smoke weed in the apartment (Definitely can stop if that’s an issue). Two stories, your room and the other roommates room will be upstairs. I currently don’t have anyone in line for either room so if you want the master bedroom it’s all yours (Master bed has a balcony and walk in shower). No cigarettes inside. I have two very affectionate and adorable cats. You will have a full bathroom in your room (sink, toilet, shower, storage). Washer and dryer inside the apartment. We have a pool and a small gym. Not far from campus. We are directly across from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it's extremely convenient for students, and from the apartment to the CatTran stop is less than a second walk.

$ rent (for now). Rent will likely increase another $ in July when the lease gets renewed. Utilities never exceed $ at the least depending on everyone's usage.
