Looking for a respectful and clean roommate to move into the space downstairs. The living room and basement flooring has recently been replaced with luxury vinyl plank. The interior walls have also been recently painted. The downstairs basement has its own full bathroom and a bedroom. You will have your own private living space. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are shared spaces. The home also has a washing machine and dryer. Must be pet friendly. I currently have 2 cats who are very friendly.
