This listing is for a ' room with a small closet available starting Jan 1st in a creative household that has hosted dozens of photographers, creative directors, designers, and well rounded graduates of various majors over the years.

I also host photo shoots and occasional music video shoots in the back yard. We’ve had Vice, Vogue, V Mag, and various large productions shoot here.

The house is walking distance from the Rose Bowl. A room just opened up and we're looking for a new piece to the creative mix here. We all understand the Art Center grind and would love to house another artistic mind.
