Room available! Furnished or not!

Description

Hello! I have 1 bedroom available in my house for rent. Currently, there are two women living here, myself and a friend, but we do not have a preference on gender. We each own one larger dog, both are quiet and sweethearts. The room available is upstairs and has a shared bathroom. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. You can also pick your own timeline! If you only need a place for a few months then I am open to any option. I work from home but my roommate works a typical M-F. We’re both pretty clean and very easy to get along with.

I stay in the room downstairs while my roommate stays upstairs (using the shared bathroom). We rarely hear or see each other unless we want to or if she’s in the kitchen. We enjoy drinking around a fire, playing sports and video games, or trying a new dive bar. Of course you’re welcome to join or not if you prefer! Let me know if you have any questions!
