Must apply through rental company, pass background/credit check, provide proof of income and sign year lease through next Feb.
Female or male is fine.
Available room shares bathroom and large hallway linen closet with 1 female.
Cats live here, so no additional pets. (They're very sweet cats!)

About the house: North Cimarron Hills, safe neighborhood, AC/heat, unfinished basement with room for storage, (4th bedroom is a shared guest room), large yard and back deck with patio furniture/string lights/grill/gas fire pit, external security cameras.

About us: two females, work full-time, in our free time we like to hang with friends, play games, play volleyball and softball, go for walks/runs/hikes, sometimes host game/movie nights at the house, have summer-time game days.
