Description

We have a bath in the newest apartments found in Green Valley area of Fairfield, and we would love to find an amazing roommate! The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so you will have complete privacy. We're on the third floor, and on the balcony we have a spectacular view of the mountains with beautiful sunrises. The room is unfurnished, so you will need your own stuff. You have a large walk-in closest inside your room. You will have full access to the common areas - living room, kitchen and dinning area. Amenities include a pool/hot tub with a fire pit, fully decked-out fitness center, and game room with a pool table.

About us: I (husband) am a consultant for an international fitness franchise company. She (wife) is a travel nurse. We typically work from home, but occasionally travel for work. We love to cook, mix drinks, watch movies, and listen to music. We occasionally entertain friends, but for the most part we're pretty chill. We love plants, and have a variety of foliage in the common spaces. We don't smoke or drink heavily, and live a relatively healthy lifestyle. We are LGTBQIA+ friendly/allies. We're pretty conversational, but respect a person's desire for silence.

About you: open to all gender identities. Would love to be roomies with a travel nurse, first-responder, or fitness professional. Couples welcome. Bonus points if you love Star Wars, Harry Potter, LOTR, or sci-fi movies. Green thumbs welcome! We're open to you having guests over, just no parties please. We're not that OCD, but do enjoy a clean and organized space, and want our roomie(s) to be the same.

If we pass the vibe check, I require an $ deposit + a prorated first month. Rent is $/mo (utilities included) and it's due on the first of every month, late by the third, so please be punctual. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, or would like to see the place.
