Located in luxury shipyard apartments in Hoboken. Unique apartment style with two floors. You will be on the main floor with one other Roomate and kitchen and living room. The bathroom is shared with the other Roomate on that floor. However they are rarely home because of their career, so you will have the floor to yourself often.

Downstairs there are two other roommates with their own bathrooms.

There is laundry in the unit. Free shuttle bus to PATH station. You are also one block from bus to NYC. There is a very nice gym and a pool overlooking NYC that you will have access to.

Looking for a clean Roomate who is interested in joining us. All roomates are young professionals in their late 20s early 30s.


Must be able to provide proof of income

Must be clean and always clean up after using kitchen.

Parking is available for $300 a month

Rent is $1895 a month. Utilities average around $100 a month including internet.


First month rent is required to secure the room for Feb 1.
