About the apartment: It’s on a 6th floor walkup. My apartment is a clean, shoes-free space that I take pride in maintaining. I used to rent my bedroom on Airbnb and received excellent reviews for my hosting. Now, I’m looking for short- to medium-term roommates who appreciate a tidy and welcoming environment.

There is a portable washing machine in the apartment, utilities are included in the listing price.

About me: I moved to New York from California four years ago and have loved living here ever since. I’m easygoing, friendly, and value open communication. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me at home cooking, watching a show, or hosting the occasional game night.

I’m a Web Developer and work in-office Monday to Friday, PM.
