Looking for someone to take over my room and sublease in our awesome Germantown house! 🏠

Available Feb 1st (or sooner) - lease ends in May with the option to extend (flexible on lease).

Rent is $/month and includes a washer/dryer in the unit.

You'll be living with two other chill dudes (both ) who work in private equity and med sales. One works from home but travels a lot, the other heads to the office each day. They’re both clean, respectful of each other's space, and enjoy a beer or ).

The house has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, PLUS on the first floor and TWO rooftop decks that are perfect for summertime. There’s also a huge loft on the 3rd floor - we’ve got TVs up there a lot of the time for sports.
