Master bedroom and private bathroom

Description

My roommate suddenly had to move out of state so currently looking to fill his Master bedroom. It is a apartment in the Arbors located in Maitland. We would share the kitchen and living room and everything there you could use. Utilities would be included in the rent also. Washer and dryer in the apartment as well. There is a twin sized bed and frame already there but I can remove it if you already have a bed. Looking for someone to move in ASAP.
