Rent includes your space, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. Your rent also includes toilet paper, common area cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc.
The house has two standard-size washing machines and two LG Kickstart washing machines for mini loads. A standard dryer is available, and I also keep a backup dryer.

The house has a -gallon hot water heater.

I do use Duke Energy's time-of-use rate for electricity to try to keep electrical costs managed.




You'll have access to a mini-fridge of your own.

Quiet times are about from AM.

The house vibe is for professionals and focused students. A zen space.

I ask housemates to keep cardboard out to keep pests away, take the trash out of their rooms daily, and clean up after themselves in the bathroom.

Downstairs is a work in progress but is functional.

Parking is a driveway and street parking.

Not only is there a lock for the front door but each bedroom door has its own individual lock.

About me: I work in edtech. I'm into AI tech. I work a LOT. I like multiple kinds of music including EDM genres.

I'm working on the house when I'm not working my jobs. It just takes time, and I am one person. But I keep at it!
