Hello my name is Daschell you have probably seen this post lol I have a bathroom loft apartment that’s available. I moved to Texas last February but I decided to move back home in October so I decided to lease my apartment out to avoid an eviction.i have moved three people in so far trying to help them and they all moved out before the next months rent was due .the apartment is actually nice and in a very convenient location and I’m sure you will love it .The person who just bailed on me didnt say anything lol I just found out today but the first picture is how he left it the other pictures is how I had it for air bnb and whe I also lived there .I just want someone who is consistent ,clean , and responsible I’m asking to move in a month the deposit and first months rent is included with the but I made it cheaper to move in because you will have to clean it up it’s not dirty let me add it just needs your touch the lease is up in may and I will sub lease or renew lease if you can’t get it in your name just send me a message and we can go from there
