Description

I’m a single father looking for a Christian female roommate aged or older. In exchange for affordable rent, I’m looking for someone willing to assist with light cleaning duties (kitchen, floors, laundry, etc.).

The room comes furnished with a dresser, two nightstands, a TV, computer desk and a full bed with a frame. The house includes Wi-Fi, and while the bathroom isn’t attached, it will be exclusively for your use, so you’re welcome to decorate and keep your personal items there. Additionally, there’s an extra fridge in the garage if you’d like to store food separately.

I have four young boys, aged , who stay with me on weekends and occasionally on Fridays. I’m a private person and spend my free time with my kids. Neighborhood is very safe and friendly.

The rent is $ per month, all utilities included. Located near the corner of Southton Rd & blue Wing Rd
