've been staying here at this apartment since August. 

Recently, I've had some financial changes and I have to move. I'm extremely sad about it because I love my place!

Ground floor. One bedroom, one bath. Very large bedroom, bathroom has double sinks. Lots of storage space for a one bedroom. Awesome view of the river. Super close to Columbia Center Mall, restraunts and easy access to the highway. The neighborhood is very quiet and my neighbors are so nice! Property management is also good too. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna and work out room. Tanning as well. The property is well kept.

The lease ends in July of 2016. Rent is $935, includes water, sewage and garbage. If you have pets, the deposit is already paid for TWO pets. I keep my place really clean, no pet odors or stains. Bedroom is huge and is equipped with a washer and dryer.
