in a two bedroom fifth floor loft style apartment overlooking the river. This apartment is the entire top floor of the building.THIS IS A FOUR FLIGHT WALK UP. I am an older man and have lived in New Orleans for almost years. I work days and I am a career bartender as well as visual artist and writer.
I have two friendly but very barky dogs so no pets please. I am not a partier and treat my home as an oasis from the craziness of the French Quarter but I am friendly. No heavy drinkers or hard drugs, and must be fiscally responsible as well as neat and tidy. No slobs. Washer and dryer on , dishwasher as well. This is a non smoking building so non smokers preferred but not mandatory. If you are a smoker, absolutely no smoking in the apartment. There are only 3 apartments in this building, one per floor and sits above the Coyote Ugly bar but bar noise is almost non-existent
