Pvt. room and Pvt. Bathroom

I have a room on my second floor available for rent. It has it's own bathroom. The rent is $600 monthly all bills paid including Wifi. I am a gay, should that be a problem. There is another man living in the house as well, who is straight. Both of us are professional people. I am looking for someone who is VERY clean, like myself, and is quiet and low key. I don't like random traffic in and out of my house. I am very easy going and easy to get along with, just need someone to be really clean, especially in the kitchen, and quiet.
