We have a room coming available at the end of March. We do have a hold over space if you need earlier move in.

We run just one thousand dollars a month including utilities, secure WiFi, laundry, maid service and yard service. Possible discount for high quality yard care.

Husband and wife professionals have rented three of our furnished rooms to young quality single guys the last twelve years. It has been a great experience for all parties. You will feel a sense of community and belonging here. We rent to first time move outs, students, established wage earners, fully independent, still trying to figure it all out, introverts and extroverts. This is a safe place to be yourself or even find yourself. Great place to get yourself established, pay off debt or save up money.

We live in a clean, upscale home in one of Vancouver’s best East side neighborhoods close to all the restaurants and stores that you could want. We are near Fisher Investments, HP and many other employment opportunities. We are college Professor/Real Estate Admins/Church Youth Staff folks, one twenty yr old Clark College student son, two twenty’s working roomie boys and our Tonkinese lap cats. We are very safe, secure, high quality and provide the best location and community. You are who you associate with. If you want to connect and feel like you belong, this is definately the place.
