Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over the Master bedroom space in our Bath apartment at the Complex in Costa Mesa! Your room will have a priv. bathroom with a double sink and walk-in closet. Apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, super spacious living room, and open kitchen/dining area with wood plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The large balcony attached to the living room overlooks some of the complex’s beautiful water features and greenery! It is also a pet friendly complex, with tons more amenities - 3 pools, multiple hot tubs, poolside cabanas, grills, and lounge areas, hour fitness center, great room, conference rooms, and more. Designated parking spot already included in rent, located right outside the unit. Our unit is right next to the basketball court/outdoor sports court with a small running track, and outdoor fitness equipment. The complex is at such a great location, less than a mile to OCC, less than a minute walk from the shopping center with Vons, CVS, Starbucks, and multiple great food and food spots! If you enjoy the outdoors - the complex has a back entrance gate to a really cute park with basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, also very short walk to fairview park!
