SWF-LMFT,SeekRM in apt/house

Description

I am a SWF, , have a BA in English and MA in Marriage & Family Therapy, and my own private practice as an LMFT. I’m also contracted privately with a company and connected with health insurances so my income is a stable paycheck. In addition I have a job offer I am also being recruited for I am considering, in San Diego as an LMFT for the government FT M-TH pm. I am quiet, listen to music with my headphones on, do a little yoga on the weekends in class, go visit my family locally in So Cal, and very respectful of others space and belongings. I am also supportive and never hesitate to lend a hand! In addition to renting ONE RM, I am also open to renting TWO rooms in a house or apartment if that is available or a second one is opening up at some point down the line in the not so far future, if the price is reasonable ☺️ Ideally one would be a larger room I would use as a main bedroom and the second a room I could use as an office, and have a small guest bed for when my son does come stay over for about 1 overnight a month and maybe 1 afternoon a week depending on his schedule & schoolwork. He goes to a great K- school in Solana Beach and is studious, very polite and respectful teen (). to have a little extra space is great for me!
