December to August Sublease

I am currently looking for someone to take over my 2015-2016 lease at Aspen Heights. Move in ASAP! It is a private room with a private bathroom upstairs in a 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath house. Please only f.emales aged 18-25 as this is student housing for TAMUCC/Del Mar and your roommates will be within the same age range.
Current roommates are great! They keep up with their mess and respect your personal space.

Rent is 694$ a month which includes the house and bedroom being fully furnished as well as a 50' TV in the living room. Free cable with HBO and internet is included in the rent as well. Each roommate has a 40$ allowance towards utilities.
Pets are allowed with a fee.
The house is very open. It has a porch with a swing and a patio upstairs. As well as a game room upstairs.
