Great Apartment on Campus!

Description

Needing someone, preferably a college student, to take over my lease from January 1st until July 29th of 2016.
It is a two bed, 1 bathroom apartment shared with another roommate who will be staying here. The apartment does have washer/dryer hookups as an option. The lease is for a single bedroom that includes a loft space.
I will pay for the living room and bedroom to be furnished if that is wanted.
It is walking distance to everywhere on campus with a USC shuttle stop right on the corner of the apartment building. It is also possible to walk to the USC baseball field, Soccer field and the Williams Brice Stadium from the complex.
The complex has a pool, included parking, laundry room, bike storage, and furniture rental.
Rent is $569 which includes utilities, cable and wifi.
There is a required background and credit check performed by the apartment complex if you're interested.
