We rented this apartment for our son until June , he is transferring out of state at the end of the semester. You would need to sign as a roommate with the apartment building, ( North) but you would have the whole place to yourself. You could then extend the lease on your own if you wished. Furniture is through a rental program through mid June as well. Private garaged parking is available for $ a month.
