It's walking distance to bars, cafes, recording studios, dance studios, gyms, grocery stores, Metro red line, just a few blocks from the giant, shady North Hollywood Park, and the . It's an ideal location, and a gem of a spot.

The building has a really nice shady front yard w trees and a lawn. Also there is a backyard with a lemon tree and a pomegranate tree (we have a hammock we put up when it's nice out). It has ample street parking and also a 1-car garage with some storage space.

Your room: Larger of the 2. Walk-in closet, 2 windows looking on the yard.
Apt: Dishwasher, bathtub, coin laundry on . NO dogs. Possibly a chill cat/rabbit.

I am a professional dancer, musician, and content creator. I work nights, so either another artist or someone who sleeps deeply is ideal;) This is a great space for other dancers, personal trainers, entrepreneurs, creatives, etc. It is near all the studios/co-work spaces, and is a very chill home. No drama, good vibes, always immaculately clean. Please be a VERY clean, considerate, queer-friendly (you don’t need to be queer), open-minded person!:)
