Apartment for Sublease

Description

I am looking for anyone looking to sublease an apartment room in Blacksburg, Virginia for the upcoming Spring semester, 2016. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is approximately 2-3 minutes from the Virginia Tech campus. My two roommates are both college-aged males, and they both have their head on straight! I'm leaving in December, so there will be one bedroom available to sublease. The whole apartment is furnished. The only furniture that will be acquired is furniture for the available room.
