I'm looking for a roommate that is easy going. I live two blocks from Molly Malones, Mellow Mushroom, Tin Roof, Boombooz, Tom and Chee, and a block from Heinebros. I love the location. I sold my roommate a house (I'm a realtor), so I need to fill his spot. I work random hours and sometimes work from home. We have a basement for storage and laundry. A covered porch outback and gravel off street parking. Rent is $450 per month + utilities + Internet/Cable.
