$700 Private bedroom

Description

I have a 1 bedroom w/ a spacious loft. I live in the loft. Bedroom is on the opposite end of the apartment. My roommate recently moved in with her boyfriend, so the bedroom is empty. It's a good size. Has a walkin closet. I'm not pressed on filling the bedroom before Feb 1st but I figured I'd put feelers out now to start looking for someone that could be a good fit. If I find someone that's a good fit and they're looking to move before Feb 1st then I'm not opposed to that. I'm flexible. The apartment has central air/ heat. A balcony. Rent is 700$. Utilities are split, so give-or-take another 50$ for that.

I have a small dog. No other pets allowed. There is plenty of free street parking right in front of the building. Parking is never a problem. Bathroom is shared and in the hallway between the living room and bedroom. Washer and Dryer is on premises.

Female roommate only. No couples. No children. No exceptions.

I'm 30, work in the film industry. Stay busy with work Mon-Fri. Enjoy and sometimes need my peace and quiet at home.
