Hi! I am renting out my fully furnished open concept 2 bedroom condo in Cherry Creek starting and end dates are negotiable but 2 to 4 months between December to March. I want to rent about 2 - 4 months. I will be going on an extended vacation, but want a responsible person/ people (could be perfect for 2 couples) to rent sub lease my place while I'm gone. The condo is fully equipped and ready to move in. The kitchen has all of the tools, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and really everything you could need as I am a chef and love being in the kitchen. It is an open to the dining room and living room. There is a big flatscreen tv mounted in the living room with a roku stick, a gas fireplace, leather ottoman, a matching off white down sofa, and love seat. The Master bedroom has a comfortable California king bed, large flat screen tv with amazon stick, 6 drawer dresser, and 2 nightstands. There is an en suite for the master bedroom that has a large walk in closet, tub/shower, toilet, sink, washer, and dryer. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, small flat screen tv, oversized sofa chair, small dresser, night stand, and large sliding door closet. Both beds have comforters and 2 sets of sheets. The second bathroom has a tub/shower, sink, and toilet. Both bathrooms have plenty of towels and bathmats. The condo has central air and heat with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is a balcony accessed through the living room or master bedroom with a patio table, chairs, and a gas grill. There is a big open parking lot with no permits.
