My wife was recruited to another university and I will be commuting to ATL for several wk/month, a few days/wk (TWR). We also plan to rent out the upstairs bedroom with loft (huge room, big closet, bath, landing).

The movers come on September thirteenth, but if you need accommodations sooner we are open to that. We can have rooms furnished or unfurnished. If you wanted there to not be a second room mate you can rent the full house for twenty-seyen
hundred (again I will just be sleeping in 3rd bedroom a few nights/wk).

There is a back yard, adirondack chairs around fire pit and gazebo over patio, and the best neighbors in the world. We value them and want to find great tenant(s)
