I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease in this amazing high rise in downtown Austin. I have to relocate for work at the end of this month so you would begin the lease on Dec 1 and stay until the lease is up in August of 2016. If you need to move in sooner, I can definitely accommodate.

The apartment is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath in downtown Austin. It's 708 square feet and has a spacious kitchen with a pantry, bar, and lots of cabinet space and countertops. The bedroom is big, with a walk-in closet, and there's wood floors throughout.

The location is ideal for a transplant or an Austinite who wants to live in the midst of it all downtown.

I need to find a tenant quickly, so I'm offering to cover your application fees and deposit. Plus the full deposit will be yours when you move out. (Free money!)

This is an amazingly fun, active, and welcoming community. There's lots of events free to residents as well as a responsive and friendly staff/concierge downstairs that are always willing to help.

Each apartment also comes with a NEST and is pre-wired for Fiber.
