Room For Rent in Miami

I have two rooms available in my home in beautiful Cutler Bay Florida. Currently there is already one person living in the house. Her name is Lauren also lol. I have no problem with male or female roommates as we all are very respectful towards one another's privacy and personal space. One of the rooms I have available is a master bedroom, private bathroom, walking closet and direct access to the terrace that could be used as a private entrance. This room also includes private parking inside the garage. This room is renting for $750/month. The other room is a regular sized room for $500/month. The rooms are fully furnished with new beds and furniture inside. Ideal roommates would be clean, friendly, easy to get along with and respectful of others personal space :)
