I am looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible. My roommate and I moved up here in April from Chattanooga, and he recently got a job offer back there. So now I am looking for someone new!

I am a 22 y/o busy female seeking a female or male roommate within my age range. West Knoxville area off the Papermill/Northshore exit. Minutes from downtown and UT!

A little about me: I moved from Chattanooga in April. I go back to visit once a month or so. Some of my interests are working out/running, cars, craft beer, music (ranging from classic rock, to indie, to what's on the radio), going out with friends, watching movies/Netflix, finding new things around town to get into, etc.

Characteristics I'm looking for are: responsible, tidy up after yourself/guests, LGBT-friendly, students OK, pets are OK (just pay the pet deposit then I don't care if you have one), and just overall respectful. Your portion would be $450-$475; you will be added to the lease.

Washer and dryer included. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Private patio. Multiple parking spaces, gym, tanning bed, two pools, two tennis courts, and a dog park!
