I'm a 25 year old female, Hispanic & lots of fun :)

I have a big 2 bedroom 1 bath I live in with 1 room available end of October near corner of Irving Park & California.

Looking for a Roomie to finish off lease with till June. Rent is 650/month + roughly 40 or so each in utilities (might be more in winter)

Rent would be your first & last month so $1350 total

Great area right by the park and busses/trains.

*All I ask is you please not have any animals that was the issue with my current roommate and I cannot handle the smell, and hair that comes with it.*

It's a nice spot, 3 flat- chill neighbors with back deck/yard, updated kitchen & bath.

I'm gone mon-fri for work so I'm really only home on weekends

When I'm home I'm usually in and out, chilling at home or out on the town.

I prefer someone near my age or older, who has a steady job, clean, and fun. Normal would be cool too lol
