Hey there! My roommate will be moving out of our 3 bed condo on the 16th. I have 2 rooms available for $300 each (not including APS).
Here's the deal, whoever comes in will have to put the APS in their name as I am currently still off a fraudulent APS bill that I can't disprove. Currently for APS we are $150, split three ways it would be an extra 50 dollars ($350). Not bad considering this condo is fully renovated.
