Roommate Needed in 2-BR Townhouse

Description

I am starting grad school at Duke University in the Fall. I consider myself to be a serious student but I do like to go out and have a good time. I am considerate and easy to be around and am looking for the same in a roommate. I'm excited to meet some new people and get to know the area. I'm allergic to animals so unfortunately I can't consider pets. The townhouse is a double master with a washer and dryer upstairs. Will share the cost of utilities 50/50. The house will be furnished with the exception of the bedroom for rent. This address is in a great, central location.
