Room in house available

Description

I have a room in a 3 bedroom house off of Western Avenue in the Karns area available beginning January 1, 2016. It would be $475/month including cable, internet and all utilities, with a storage unit and garage. Everything is pretty much furnished except for the bedroom up for rent, but would make room for furniture if you have some. Pets are ok as long as they are good with my dogs.

My roommate and I are both 24 and work full time. We are looking for someone who is easy going and will be respectful of us working early during the week. We occasionally drink on weekends and don't mind if you do, we just don't want to be woken up at 4 am on a Tuesday ;) Perfect for a student or young professional!
