If you drive or jump in an uber, you're about 5 min from tons of hip restaurants and nightlife on Milwaukee Ave. This is a great combination of a sleepy neighborhood with a ton to do nearby.Your room isn't huge at feet, but the door placement is such where you can easily fit a queen size bed, a dresser, and even a small desk. You'll also have a large closet that could even maybe be turned into a space for a desk and computer if you don't want that in your main bedroom space. The closet is feet wide and over 3 feet deep.My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to help with bills so we can save some money. We're in a stable, no-drama relationship. We're very laid back and mostly keep to ourselves. That much said, I'm going to be setting up a " projector screen for movie night, etc. So that'll probably bring us out of our room more often. We're clean, responsible, and friendly.Parking is very easy on the street before about 7pm. I normally park right outside the front door. After 7pm you may have to park a block or two away. There is parking available out back for an extra fee. I'd have to talk to the landlord about that if you're interested.The biking/walking trail is less than 5 min away by bike which is an express trip into Wicker Park. Hi. Me and my roommate are looking for a third roommate for our apartment. We are both artists. My roommate just graduated for 3D modelling and I am currently about to start my last year studying fashion design. With that in mind just know that occasionally our office/studio space can get somewhat messy when projects are due. Other than that we have a very welcoming home. We often have meals together and watch movies and shows together as well. We are friendly and would like you to be at least comfortable around us even if you don’t smoke. We live above and below great neighbors who we are not close with but amicable. Our apartment is in a great location right between the Addison and Belmont redline stops and equidistant from Wrigleyville, Boystown, and Southport. We have a washer and dryer in our basement that are both completely free. Also, there is a Target, Jewel Osco and Trader Joe’s all walking distance from our place. Even if you aren’t an artist, you are more than welcome to set up a desk in the studio space and join us as we work.
