The basement includes a living area, two separate rooms, a full bathroom, and direct access to the patio outside. You'll also have access to the main floor amenities, which include the kitchen, laundry room, and another bathroom. Please note that we have two medium-sized dogs and a cat living on the main floor. If you have allergies or are not an animal person, this might be a dealbreaker.
